LogiLink PS0005B Printserver (LAN, WiFi, USB 2.0)

The LogiLink PS0005B printserver can be used to connect USB printer to the Ethernet of WiFi network. The default IP address of the PS0005B is set to 192.168.2.2. It might be necessary to change this IP address to access the device in the LAN.
Printers connected to the LogiLink PS0005B can be accessed via CUPS. To configure CUPS the following IP has to be accessed on the PC
in the web browser. The option “Add new printer” has to be selected and the protocol “AppSocket/HP JetDirect” has to be chosen. Afterwards, the printer can be accessed by the address
The connected printer model can be configured in CUPS afterwards.
