Review of Linux Compatibility

The Asus Xonar D-KARAX is currently not supported under Linux. The PCI-Express card bases on the CMI8786 chipset, which is supported for other cards, but has not yet been successfully used with the Xonar D-KARAX (see ALSA driver overview).
