Review of Linux Compatibility

The Cabstone SoundBar is a speaker wit integrated soundcard, which is connected via USB to the PC. The SoundBar has the USB ID 18c3:6255 and is shown under Linux without any designation:

Bus 001 Device 005: ID 18c3:6255

The integrated soundcard is supported under Linux by the snd-usb-audio kernel module. Eventually, one has to add an option for the loading of the module:

options snd-usb-audio index=0
