The Cherry G85-23100 is a wired USB keyboard. It is fully and automatically supported under Linux by the hid_cherry kernel module (kernel/modules-xyz/kernel/drivers/hid/hid-cherry.ko). This kernel module is included in all standard distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, OpenSuSE, RedHat) and is loaded automatically at system start-up or if the keyboard is plugged in.
Linux supports the standard keys of the keyboard and also its multimedia keys.
