LG LSM-100 (Optical Mouse, Scanner, 1200 dpi Optical Resolution, 320 dpi Scanner Resolution, USB 2.0)
Review of Linux Compatibility
The LSM-100 from LG is an optical mouse with integrated scanner. The mouse has the resolution of 1200 dpi, the resolution of the integrated scanner is 230 dpi.
The mouse has to be moved over the paper, which is to be scanned. A software creats a full image out of the scanned areas. However, such software does not exist for Linux and also Sane does not support the scan function of the LG LS-100.
Anyway, the device can be used as a standard mouse under Linux.
