Samsung SL-M2675FN (Laser All-in-One, Scanner, Copier, Printer, Fax, 4800 x 4800 dpi, USB)
Review of Linux Compatibility
The Samsung SL-M2675FN is a All-in-One device with integrated laser printer. It can be connected to USB and has the USB ID 04e8:3461. Alternatively, the SL-M2675FN can be accessed via Ethernet.
Linux drivers for SL-M2675FN are provided by Samsung. Debian based distributions can alternatively include the drivers from the Samsung Unified Linux Driver Repository into their package management system. At least the driver version 4.01.17 is needed to have support for the SL-M2675FN model.
Furthermore, the scanner is supported by the commercially available VueScan driver, which can be bought at http://www.hamrick.com/vuescan/samsung_sl_m2675.html.
It is very likely that the printer part is also supported by the Splix driver, although no proof is available so far.
