I am trying to download Logitech HD Webcam C270. Please help me.

    • JonD'oh says:

Hello Thea. There is no need to download anything under Linux to support this webcam. The necessary driver is already included (driver is the kernel module uvcvideo, which should be already installed by the Linux distribution that you use).

However, you might need to install some web conference software like Skype. This depends on the Linux distribution that you use. Which one are you using?

    Hi!
I have this webcam, but max resolution is 176×144.
    How I can fix it?

    • LHG-Team says:

The lsusb command provides you a list of resolutions that are supported by your webcam. Please check by entering
      lsusb -v | egrep "Height|Width"
the resolutions your webcam + kernel supports. If resolutions higher than 176×144 are listed it is most likely a configuration problem of the webcam software.
