Review of Linux Compatibility
The DVB-T and DVB-C double tuner TT-connect CT-3650 CI from Technotrend is connected to the PC via USB.
Both tuners as well as the CI-Interface are supported by the Linux kernel since version 3.2 (e.g. Ubuntu 12.04).
The CT-3640 is initiated by the kernel in the following way:

The error message “Invalid PC card inserted” can be ignored.
Some applications, e.g., MythTV, have problems with the USB tuners because some devices like the mixer exist only once although the there are two tuners (DVB-T and DVB-C). This can be solved by symbolically linking the missing devices:
ln -s /dev/dvb/adapter0/ca0 /dev/dvb/adapter0/ca1 ln -s /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0 /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux1 ln -s /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr1 ln -s /dev/dvb/adapter0/net0 /dev/dvb/adapter0/net1
